It was a last minute appointment that they were able to do same day. I literally called at the crack of dawn asking for an early morning appointment. And got just what I wanted with a time window of 9-12. They arrived at 8:50, earlier than expected. I just moved and needed the carpet cleaned because the rental company failed to get it done or at least that’s how i felt. They called 30 mins before they arrived and even got to the house in less than 30 minutes. Overall, very professional. Needs met. Carpets cleaned.
Veteran Carpet Cleaning is hands down the best in Atlanta! From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and top-notch. The team arrived on time, was extremely courteous, and treated my home with care. My carpets look brand new, and the fresh scent is amazing! They tackled some tough stains I thought were impossible to remove. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly value their customers. My family has used Veterans Carpet Cleaning in my brother's home, dad's home, and now mine all in the last 4 months. They are professional, friendly, thorough, and have wonderful prices! Appointment was 11-1 texted me running late got here around 2 was done with carpet cleaning and clean up around 4. Carpet looked best since move in 3 years ago.
