Faucher Solutions (formerly Veterans Carpet Cleaning ATL) did a great job servicing all of my area rugs. Their team was careful with my property when removing and replacing the rugs, which I truly appreciated. They also did a phenomenal deep cleaning on a mattress I was about to replace, and because of that, they saved me the cost of buying a new one. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable service.

I worked with Chris. He was punctual and communicated with me every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable of the product and made sure I understood what was needed. I have a dog so my carpet was a mess, but he brought it backed to life!!! I have worked this company several times and will continue to do so.

This young man turned me onto one of his friends and he screwed up some very expensive furniture. I’m giving him the choice to come back out here and make it right but right now don’t use this company in the guy. I told me the veteran guy that cleans carpet said you can’t do anything about that so thank before you sign well I didn’t even sign just think don’t use them. I’m gonna make sure they resolve what they supposed to do always remember everybody you have a right to make a complaint and you got a right to follow it up and if the BBB does not follow it up then guess what they gonna have to make sure it’s OK that’s what you pay state taxes, and federal and all other other crap.

I had an outstanding experience with Veteran Carpet Cleaner (also known as Faucher Solutions). Kris and Cliff were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They arrived right on time, were friendly, courteous, and extremely professional throughout the entire process.
The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. My carpets look incredibly clean, fresh, and almost brand new. They also applied carpet protection after the cleaning, which gave me added confidence that my carpets will stay looking great even longer.
It’s refreshing to work with a company that values punctuality, professionalism, and high-quality workmanship. Kris and Cliff worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and made sure the job was done right.
I highly recommend Veteran Carpet Cleaner/Faucher Solutions to anyone looking for exceptional carpet cleaning services. I will definitely be using them again!

Long story made short, I hired another carpet cleaning company (that I will not name) to deep clean my 4 bedrooms and stairs. My daughter’s room had makeup stains on the floor. The picture added (with stains) was AFTER that particular company came out TWICE to “TRY” and remove the stains. The other picture is after Mr Cliff SUCCESSFULLY removed the stain in less than 45 mins. Not only did he exceed my expectations, he was very kind and respectful!! Which goes even farther with me. Thank you so much Cliff great job! I appreciate your professionalism 💙

I can’t recommend Faucher Solutions (who also operate as Veteran Carpet Cleaning Service Atlanta) highly enough.
This was my second time using them. They previously did an outstanding job cleaning every carpeted room in my home, so they were the first call I made when my dog had a sudden digestive emergency.
Even with the short notice, they came over right away to handle the accident. The carpet was left looking brand new and, more importantly, smelling fresh. Their response time and the quality of their work are truly top-tier. If you need a reliable, professional team in the Atlanta area, these are the guys to call.

Ok, I had a wool hallway runner and multicolored kitchen that needed attention. I searched online and came across VCCS. After reaching out a few times, planing to meet a the location, not sure if there’s an actual location. (My fault for not following up on meet up time)
They do offer pick up services for a fee, depending on your location. I took advantage of it, placed my rugs neatly in a bag on the front porch for pick up. They didn’t charge for dropping off my rugs.
Now, the cleaning of my rugs were not even exceptional. The wool hallway runner does have a cleaner color, but the pet stains are still slightly visible. My dog even went to the same spot and sniffed! The kitchen are looks EXACTLY the same! I was expecting see the vibrant colors I fell in love with, nope.
Leadership Constructive Feedback:
-Effective Client Communication
-Rug Returns Presentation (bag merch with comp logo VCCS)
-Field Tech work shirts
-I did appreciate sending a text for payment, but a tap device would be a good idea.
Overall, unfortunately I will not be using VCCS service again. I do wish them the best of luck with all future endeavors!

I had the best experience today with Veteran Carpet Cleaning Service Atl, the technician Cliff was the bomb (sorry yall but I’m 65 years old). I only had them to do my spare room that was absolutely filthy and my sectional sofa. When I tell you that he was in and out from start to finish in about 40 minutes and the room and sectional look better than I could have ever imagined! I wasn’t expecting a miracle because that carpet was so dirty, the only room I hadn’t had redone in 25 years but when I tell you it looks amazing…it looks amazing! I highly recommend them without a doubt!

You’ll have to do a closeup of the before picture to see just how nasty it was, I know I’m a “super” clean woman but I promise you it was nasty!
Thank you Mr. Cliff with Veteran Carpet Service Atl, you definitely went above and beyond my expectations…#driveonsoldier
